Our independent payroll services include maintaining your employee records, producing pay runs as requested and generating the associated documents and reports as required. These reports will also provide you with details such as the number of hours worked, overtime, holidays and sick leave for each employee. All necessary paperwork, including Inland Revenue Employer Deductions Forms (IR345), is automatically produced. Employer Monthly Schedules (IR348) is electronically filed with Inland Revenue.

Pay details are automatically calculated for each employee and you will be provided with the following records, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly: 

• Employee pay slips
• Personnel details
•  Management reports detailing all period and year to date wage, tax, allowance and leave details
